Music at St James

St James’s Church has a long and distinguished musical tradition. The Choir of St James’s is well regarded, singing for services frequently at St Albans Cathedral and across country, most recently at Chester Cathedral and Westminster Abbey.

Musicians from the choir provide music for the sung Eucharists on Sundays and feast days. The full choir sings monthly

at Choral Evensong and at special services.

Music plays a central role in the ministry of St James’s. Our choir offers beautiful music at Eucharists, Evensongs and special services.
